This Electric Bike is making superbikes fail, runs 332 km on full charge

Powerful Electric Bike: Bengaluru-based EV startup, Ultraviolette has launched its second electric motorcycle model, the F77 Superstreet, at a price of Rs 2.99 lakh, ex-showroom. As the name suggests, the motorcycle is more road-centric than the F77 Mach 2. It is a powerful electric bike that offers a sporty design as well as great range. 

What are the major changes in the new Ultraviolet F77 Superstreet? 

At first glance, both look similar. Let us tell you that the F77 Superstreet uses a tubular handlebar instead of clip-ons. This makes the rider's ergonomics a little easier. 

There is a 25-degree change in the rider's rear position, which makes it less committed than the F77 Mach 2. The next big change is with the instrument cluster, which sits on a new base and offers better angles. 

Apart from these two changes, the F77 Superstreet is identical to the F77 Mach 2, featuring the same suspension setup, 17-inch wheels, TFT instrument console, braking hardware, 10 levels of regenerative braking, ABS modes, ride modes, traction control and smartphone connectivity. The battery pack is also the same - a 10.3kWh unit that offers a range of 323 km and can hit a top speed of 155 kmph. 

New Ultraviolet F77 or Superstreet vs F77, which one should I choose?

Though they have almost everything in common, the choice depends on the riders' needs. If you like sportiness, then the F77 Mach 2 will be perfect. 

If you are looking for something that is comfortable and has similar features, performance and battery pack that can be used for long trips, then the F77 Superstreet is a good option.
